Qualifications

• Solid experience in finance, controllership, accounting, and business administration.
• Ability to translate financial insight into clear priorities and decisions.
• Experience with project-based businesses, tender processes, and commercial bid management is valuable.
• Strong analytical skills and a mindset for digital tools and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership with financial insight, analysis, and recommendations.
• Drive performance management, forecasting, reporting and transparency across the business.
• Ensure IFRS compliance, internal controls and governance.
• Contribute to sales, tender, bid and project activities with a commercial-financial perspective.
• Support Nordic organization in digitalization and process improvement.
