Are you motivated by combining finance with business impact, digital transformation, and the green transition? Siemens Electrification & Automation (EA) in Norway is looking for a Business Controller who wants to play a key role in developing a growing and strategically important business.
In this role, you will act as a trusted business partner to the Business Unit Head, Head of Finance and the wider leadership team. You will actively manage finance, accounting, controlling, and business administration activities, while ensuring strong financial performance, sound governance, and transparent decision-making across the value chain.
You will be part of a Nordic finance community and collaborate closely with business leaders, finance colleagues, and headquarters. The position offers a broad mandate, covering everything from sales and tender activities to project execution, forecasting, performance management, compliance, and continuous improvement.

To succeed in the role, you should have solid experience within finance, controlling, accounting, and business administration. You take ownership of both strategic and operational topics, and you know how to translate financial insight into clear priorities and practical business decisions.
Experience from project-based businesses, tender processes, commercial bid management, LOAs, forecasting, IFRS, and cross-border operations will be highly valuable. You will have the opportunity to influence business performance, strengthen financial transparency, and contribute to solutions that support a more sustainable and digital society.
You will become part of an experienced and collaborative finance environment, with opportunities for professional development, continuous learning, and cross-border cooperation. We support flexibility and believe that a healthy balance between work and personal life is essential for long-term performance.
