Siemens Smart Infrastructure - Grid Software in Norway seeks a Controlling Professional to join the Finance team for a 1.5-year fixed-term position. You will work closely with software and consulting teams on financial follow-up, forecasting, and business partnering.

The role emphasizes automation and process improvement, with opportunities to simplify workflows, standardize methods, and turn financial data into actionable insights across revenue, costs, and profitability.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a similar field
• Experience in controlling, business, project, or commercial finance
• Strong SAP and Excel skills
• Strong communication skills in English
• Knowledge of Norwegian or Swedish is an advantage

• Financial follow-up of the consulting business, focusing on revenue, costs, profitability, forecasting and resource utilization
• Support new offers and approval processes with financial input and challenge assumptions
• Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize processes through automation and digital tools
• Turn financial insight into better business decisions
