- Trusted advisor to senior leaders with ability to influence decisions across boundaries.
- Experience shaping modern digital platforms across cloud, data and AI.
- Strong leadership to guide architects and delivery teams from strategy to implementation.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the target architecture for Trading & Origination.
- Translate business strategy into capability roadmaps and transformation initiatives.
- Drive capability-based planning and investment prioritisation.
- Ensure alignment between processes, applications, data and platforms.
- Shape architecture decisions related to cloud, data, digital products and AI.
- Drive simplification, standardisation and modernisation across Markets.
- Support governance, investment decisions and strategic technology choices.
- Collaborate with product, platform and business leadership to accelerate value delivery.
