Job summary

Statkraft is seeking an Enterprise Architect to partner with business and technology leadership, evolving capabilities, operating models and data platforms. You will define the target architecture for Trading & Origination and translate strategy into capability roadmaps while driving investment prioritisation.

You will lead governance, ensure alignment across processes, data and platforms, and guide teams through cloud, data and AI initiatives to accelerate value delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading enterprise architecture and technology strategy in complex organisations.
• Ability to connect business strategy, operational capabilities and technology investments.
• Trusted advisor to senior leaders with consensus-building track record.
• Experience shaping modern digital platforms across cloud, data and AI.
• Strong leadership and collaboration guiding architects and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the target architecture for Trading & Origination.
• Translate business strategy into capability roadmaps and transformation initiatives.
• Drive capability-based planning and investment prioritisation.
• Ensure alignment between business processes, applications, data and technology platforms.
• Shape architecture decisions related to cloud, data, digital products and AI.
• Drive simplification, standardisation and modernisation across the Markets landscape.
• Support architecture governance, investment decisions and strategic technology choices.
• Collaborate across product teams, platform teams and business leadership to accelerate value delivery.
