Job summary

Northern Lights JV is seeking a strategic CFO to lead finance, procurement and HR as it scales from a pioneering project to a growing commercial enterprise in Norway.

The role reports to the Managing Director and oversees financial strategy, governance, tax, treasury, and interfaces with owner companies. You will build high‑quality reporting, drive commercial contracts and lead an 8‑person team across Finance, Treasury, C&P and HR.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, business administration, or an equivalent field.

Responsibilities

• Manage all financial dimensions including budgeting, forecasting, P&L, cash flow and tax compliance.
