Job summary

Pixii AS is seeking a Category Sourcing Specialist to lead sourcing strategies for key material groups and ensure supply continuity and cost competitiveness across global supplier bases.

You will collaborate with engineering, product and project teams, manage supplier relations, run RFQs, and negotiate terms while maintaining accurate supplier data and ERP records. This role is permanent, based in Oslo or Drammen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, or related field.
• 2+ years of sourcing and procurement experience in electronics/industrial sectors.
• Experience with engineering projects, technical specs, and supply chain contracting.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of commercial outcomes.
• Project management experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sourcing strategies for assigned material categories with stakeholders across regions and teams.
• Manage supplier relationships and drive improvements in quality, delivery performance and commercial terms.
• Conduct RFQ processes and benchmark market price and should-cost analyses to identify cost reductions.
• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with suppliers.
• Collaborate with R&D, product management and quality on sourcing decisions for new product development.
• Maintain accurate supplier database, ECN and ERP system daily operations for sourcing.
