Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or related field.
• 2+ years in sourcing/procurement, preferably electronics/electrical/industrial.
• Experience with engineering projects, specs, and supply chain contracting.
• Strong negotiation skills with proven commercial outcomes.
• Project management experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sourcing strategies for assigned material categories across regions.
• Manage supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement in quality, delivery, terms.
• Conduct RFQ and benchmarking to identify cost reductions.
• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with suppliers.
• Collaborate with R&D, product management, quality on sourcing for new products/projects.
• Maintain accurate supplier database, ECN and ERP daily operations.
