Job summary

Lindt is opening a brand new store in Oslo City, Karl Johans Gate and seeks a Store Manager to lead the team and deliver premium customer experiences.

You will own store operations end-to-end, drive results, and coach the Chocolate Advisors to uphold Lindt’s high standards. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required, with a hands-on leadership approach on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in retail.
• Experience coaching and developing a sales team.
• Experience with recruitment, budgeting, scheduling, stock statistics and purchasing.
• Confidence working with various IT systems.
• Strong communication in Norwegian and English.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, holidays.

This is a perminent position, working full time (37,5h per week) with an expected start date as soon as possible.

What will you do?

As our Store Manager, you’ll be the face of Lindt – ensuring every customer enjoys a premium experience. You’ll:

• Take full ownership of store operations, includingsales, profitability, and team performance
• Drive results and exceed sales targets while maintainingLindt’s global standards
• Lead, coach, and develop your team of Chocolate Advisors to deliverexceptional service
• Ensure the store is always visually stunning and aligned with ourbrand presentation

As a leader, you inspire confidence and create a positive atmosphere by being a good role model and always available in the store. We strongly believe in 'lead by example' and that our leaders should be hands on out on the floor together with their team. It is therefore important that you and your staff secure engagement on floor level throughout the day, as well as during evenings, weekends and peak periods of our key seasons.

What you'll need to succeed

We're looking for a confident and service-minded leader with a strong retail background and a passion for delivering premium customer experiences.

We think yo'll thrive in this role if you have:

• 2-5 years of experience in Retail
• Experience in coaching and developing a sales team towards challenging goals
• Experience with recruitment, budgeting, scheduling, stock statistics and purchasing.
• Confidence working with various IT Systems
• Strong communication skills in both norwegian and english
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and during intensive periods like Easter and Christmas.
