H&M Group in Molde is looking for a Department Manager to lead and develop the store team, driving exceptional customer experience and strong commercial performance.
You will manage planning, recruitment, and development while ensuring the store operates smoothly during opening and closing routines, in line with brand values and store hours. Fluency in Norwegian or English is preferred, with interviews conducted in Norwegian.

This is a permanent full-time position starting 01.012.2026 or upon agreement. The position is based at H&M Thon Senter Roseby in Molde and you should be able to work during store opening hours. Language skills in local language or English is needed.
