Job summary

Peak Performance is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our new Brand Store in Oslo, opening in 2027. You will recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team while delivering exceptional customer experiences and strong business results.

You will maximize store sales, coach staff in service and product knowledge, ensure compliance with local laws and collective agreements, and build a culture of passion, teamwork and responsibility that aligns with Amer Sports values.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to meet and exceed store sales and profit targets.
• Experience leading and motivating a team to achieve results.
• Strong verbal and written communication in local language and English.
• Ability to build, lead and manage a high-performing team.
• Strong decision-making in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Understanding of local collective agreements.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maximize store sales and achieve sales goals.
• Model brand-specific service standards for customer experience.
• Coach store team in service, brand identity, product knowledge, and operations.
• Ensure compliance with HR/Payroll, local laws and policies.
• Protect assets and ensure safety and shrink control.
• Attract, recruit and hire high-potential talent; maintain succession plan.
• Lead the new Brand Store opening in Oslo with a strong launch plan.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager, to lead our new Brand Store in Oslo, opening in 2027. As the driving force behind the store’s success, you will recruit, develop, and inspire your team while delivering an exceptional customer experience and strong business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximize store sales and achieve store sales goals.
• Ensure excellence in consumer experience in the store by modeling brand-specific service standards.
• Provide coaching to the store team in the core areas of customer service and engagement, brand identity, detailed product knowledge, and operations.
• Ensure compliance with all HR/Payroll requirements, collective agreements, local law, policies, and procedures.
• Protect company assets and ensure compliance with company safety, security, and shrink avoidance policies and programs.
• Attract, recruit, and hire high talent and actively maintain a succession plan within the store.

Job Requirements:

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and profit results.
• Proven work experience as a leader with a track record of team motivation and positive sales results.
• Good verbal and written skills in local language and English.
• Ability to build, lead, and manage a high-performing team.
• Good decision-making ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of the collective agreement.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends, evenings, and holidays.
