Job summary

Peak Performance in Oslo is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our upcoming Brand Store set to open in 2027. You will recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team while delivering an exceptional customer experience and strong business results.

As a leader, you will maximize store sales, model brand service standards, coach the team in customer engagement, product knowledge and operations, and ensure compliance with local laws and agreements.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and profit results.
• Proven work experience as a leader with team motivation and positive sales results.
• Good verbal and written skills in local language (Norwegian) and English.

Responsibilities

• Maximize store sales and achieve store sales goals.
• Ensure excellence in consumer experience in the store by modeling brand-specific service standards.
• Provide coaching to the store team in customer service, engagement, brand identity, product knowledge and operations.
• Ensure compliance with HR/Payroll requirements, collective agreements, local law, policies and procedures.
• Protect company assets and ensure compliance with safety, security, and shrink avoidance policies.
• Attract, recruit, and hire high talent and maintain a succession plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximize store sales and achieve store sales goals.

• Ensure excellence in consumer experience in the store by modeling brand-specific service standards.

• Provide coaching to the store team in the core areas of customer service and engagement, brand identity, detailed product knowledge, and operations.

• Ensure compliance with all HR/Payroll requirements, collective agreements, local law, policies, and procedures.

• Protect company assets and ensure compliance with company safety, security, and shrink avoidance policies and programs.

• Attract, recruit, and hire high talent and actively maintain a succession plan within the store.

Job Requirements:

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and profit results.

• Proven work experience as a leader with a track record of team motivation and positive sales results.

• Good verbal and written skills in local language and English.

• Ability to build, lead, and manage a high-performing team.

• Good decision-making ability in a fast-paced environment.

• Solid understanding of the collective agreement.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends, evenings, and holidays.
