• Generate profit by exceeding KPIs, managing P&L and controlling costs.
• Ensure the team is motivated and knowledgeable, supporting excellence in roles.
• Maximise sales through Visual Merchandising and high standards of presentation.
• Promote and deliver piercing services to customers with your team.
• Be flexible in supporting other stores and colleagues to reach common goals.
