Job summary

Georg Jensen, part of Fiskars Group, is seeking a Senior Store Manager for the flagship Bond Street boutique in London. You will lead a luxury retail team, drive sales targets, and deliver exceptional client experiences while upholding the brand’s premium standards.

You’ll recruit, coach and develop staff, oversee store operations, stock and visual merchandising, and act as brand ambassador across all customer touchpoints; a proven track record in luxury retail leadership is essential.

Georg Jensen is seeking an exceptional Store Manager to lead our flagship New Bond Street boutique. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced luxury retail leader to drive commercial performance, deliver outstanding client experiences, and inspire a high-performing team while representing one of the world’s most prestigious luxury brands. This position is based in our Flagship Store, Bond Street, worked over 5 days per week from 7.

About You

You will be a commercially focused retail leader with a passion for luxury products and exceptional service.

Essential Experience
  • Previous management experience within luxury retail, jewellery, watches, fashion, or premium retail.
  • Proven track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Excellent clienteling and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience managing store operations, stock, and financial controls.
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
Desirable
  • Luxury jewellery retail experience.
  • Gemmology or jewellery product knowledge.
  • Experience managing high-value goods.
  • Knowledge of VIP customer engagement and luxury clienteling.
