Tenth Revolution Group in Oslo, Norway, is seeking a Staff Software Engineer / Team Lead (C++) to balance hands-on coding with people leadership. You’ll scale a developer-facing platform used in robotics and computer vision and mentor a growing team.

The role is 70% engineering and 30% leadership, with relocation available for exceptional candidates. You will drive architecture, SDK/API decisions and work with cross-functional groups in a global tech ecosystem. Hybrid work and equity are offered.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Staff Software Engineer who has successfully balanced deep technical leadership with people management responsibilities. The successful candidate will inherit leadership responsibilities currently held by senior executive leadership and play a key role in scaling a high-performing engineering team.

The Opportunity

This is not purely a Technical Lead position.

We're looking for someone who can lead engineers, develop talent, set direction, and take ownership of a critical software function while still remaining highly hands-on technically.

The role is roughly:

70% Hands-on Engineering

30% People Leadership

You will lead a team of experienced software engineers responsible for a developer-facing software platform used by customers globally. The platform sits at the heart of a highly sophisticated robotics and computer vision ecosystem.
