Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Oslo, Norway, is seeking a Staff Software Engineer / Team Lead (C++) to balance hands-on coding with people leadership. You’ll scale a developer-facing platform used in robotics and computer vision and mentor a growing team.

The role is 70% engineering and 30% leadership, with relocation available for exceptional candidates. You will drive architecture, SDK/API decisions and work with cross-functional groups in a global tech ecosystem. Hybrid work and equity are offered.

Qualifications

• Extensive commercial C++ experience with modern C++ standards.
• Proven experience leading software engineering teams.
• Track record of both technical leadership and people management.
• Experience delivering production-grade software at scale.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and engineering best practices.
• Experience working with APIs, SDKs or developer-facing platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across engineering and business stakeholders.
