Job summary

IC Resources is recruiting a Staff Digital Design Engineer for our Oslo, Norway team. This role offers ownership across RTL design, microarchitecture and silicon bring-up on advanced imaging or sensor technology.

You will work on synthesis constraints, STA and PPA optimisations, collaborating across RTL, physical design and validation teams. Visa sponsorship and relocation support are provided to suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• Strong background in RTL design, synthesis constraints and STA

Responsibilities

• Design RTL and microarchitecture for full-chip solutions.
• Handle synthesis, constraints and STA for timing closure.
• Optimize power, performance and area (PPA).
• Support full-chip integration and collaborate with physical design.
• Lead silicon bring-up, validation and debugging.
• Mentor engineers and influence technical direction.
