Silicon Labs in Oslo is seeking a Senior or Staff Hardware Engineer with a strong background in embedded systems design. You will own hardware development from architecture to prototype validation, including board design, schematics, and test automation.

The role requires an MS in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years in electronics design. Knowledge of Altium and C/Python is a plus. Competitive compensation and a collaborative culture available in Oslo.

Qualifications

• MS in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with 5+ years in electronics design.
• Embedded system designer with full lifecycle design experience, incl. manufacturing and test.
• Experience with low-power design techniques and wireless microcontrollers.

Responsabilités

• Architecture development and schematic capture of boards.
• PCB design including layout.
• Prototype test and design validation in lab.
• Design for manufacturing and automation/test system development.
• Documentation of designs and processes.
