Job summary

KSAT Hyper seeks a Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of Hyper workstreams, coordinating internal engineering, external suppliers, and launch service providers. You will drive cost, schedule, and technical baselines from design through launch and in-orbit commissioning.

The role requires a hardware‑to‑orbit track record, strong cross‑functional collaboration, and willingness to travel to supplier sites and launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years in space, satellite, or aerospace program management with hardware delivery responsibility.
• Proven experience delivering hardware to orbit from development to integration and launch.
• Experience managing external suppliers through requirements flow-down and milestone reviews.
• Strong scheduling and earned-value management skills (MS Project, Primavera).
• Willing to relocate to Tromsø, Oslo, Trondheim, or Stockholm and travel internationally.
• Right to work in Norway or Sweden and NATO security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated schedule, budget, and risk register for your program scope.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers and subcontractors, tracking deliverables and reviews.
• Coordinate across payload, software, ground, and regulatory teams to align interfaces.
• Plan and execute program gate reviews (KO, PDR, CDR, TRR, ORR) with defined criteria.
• Own procurement inputs including SOW, supplier selection, milestones, and change control.
• Maintain the program risk register and elevate blockers to protect the critical path.
• Support launch campaign planning and coordination with launch providers and on-site representation.
• Contribute to program reporting and board-level status updates with the Head of Programs.
