Job summary

KSAT is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Hyper program workstreams from design through launch and in-orbit commissioning. You will coordinate with engineering, suppliers and launch providers to ensure cost, schedule and technical baselines are met.

The role requires substantial experience delivering hardware to orbit, strong scheduling skills, and the ability to obtain NATO clearance and work rights in Norway or Sweden. This is a high-ownership, global role with regular travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in aerospace, systems engineering or a related technical field is required.
• 7+ years of program or project management experience in space, satellite or aerospace.
• Proven experience delivering hardware to orbit and managing external suppliers.
• Strong scheduling skills using MS Project or Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of one or more Hyper program workstreams from design to launch and in-orbit commissioning.
• Coordinate across internal engineering, external suppliers, and launch service providers.
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical baselines and report status to leadership.
• Lead gate reviews, milestone reviews, and interface alignment across teams.
• Plan procurement inputs, including SOWs, supplier selection and change control.
• Maintain risk registers and surface blockers to keep the critical path on track.
