Job summary

Elite Associates Europe Limited is seeking a Social Media Manager to join its growing marketing team in London. Reporting to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you will manage day-to-day social content, grow communities and bring campaigns, collaborations, events and launches to life.

You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams, coordinating creators and freelancers to deliver engaging, brand-aligned content across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Understanding of social platforms and native content.
• Experience supporting social-first campaigns or content.
• Creative, trend-aware and passionate about fashion and culture.
• Comfortable working with social metrics, reporting and Excel.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Create and schedule engaging, social-first content.
• Support the development and delivery of the social media strategy.
• Monitor channel performance, report on KPIs and identify insights.
• Manage community engagement and social listening.
• Spot relevant trends and cultural moments.
• Coordinate photographers, videographers, creators and stylists.
• Support social coverage for campaigns, partnerships, activations and events.
• Work closely with the wider marketing and creative teams.
• Help maintain accurate product catalogues across social-commerce platforms.
