Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a professional baker.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to read and follow recipes accurately.
• Excellent time management to ensure products are ready on time.
• Physically fit to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality products.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends or holidays as needed.
• Must communicate effectively in English (Norwegian a plus).

Responsabilités

• Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods according to recipes and quality standards.
• Mix and shape dough by hand or using machines.
• Operate ovens, mixers, and proof boxes.
• Decorate with icings, glazes, toppings or fillings.
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed.
• Ensure proper labeling and packaging for sale.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the bakery.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
