Job summary

Odfjell Technology is seeking experienced Wireline Tool Supervisors to support offshore and onshore wireline interventions across the Norwegian continental shelf and Europe. You will be responsible for safe preparation, operation, maintenance, and execution of wireline services in demanding environments, prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

5+ years of wireline field experience preferred.
Experience with offshore-based wireline intervention operations.
Knowledge of pressure control equipment, lubricators, grease systems, and downhole tools.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read technical procedures and operational documentation.
Strong safety and regulatory compliance mindset.
Ability to travel extensively and work flexible schedules including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Prepare, maintain, test, and operate wireline tools offshore and onshore.
Execute wireline intervention programs per procedures and customer requirements.
Monitor well conditions and equipment performance during operations.
Ensure compliance with HSE policies, customer standards, and regulations.
Troubleshoot tool and surface equipment issues in the field.
Complete field tickets, maintenance records, and operational reports accurately.
