Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking an AMO Supervisor – Wireline to lead a team that troubleshoots, tests, assembles, disassembles, and inspects wireline equipment including downhole tools, pumps, panels, and field units. You will review maintenance procedures and ensure equipment reliability while analyzing data from reports.

The role requires strong HSE focus, advanced analytical skills, and excellent communication. Proficiency in English and Norwegian is essential for collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or associate degree in a mechanical discipline.
• Proven maintenance experience in mechanical roles.
• Fluent English and good Norwegian language skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, tests, assembles and disassembles wireline equipment.
• Reviews maintenance and inspection procedures.
• Maintains wireline equipment and conducts data analysis from reports.
• Supports setup of experiments with Engineering and Reliability teams.
