Baker Hughes in Stavanger seeks an AMO Supervisor – Wireline to lead a team that troubleshoots, tests, and maintains wireline equipment including downhole tools and field units. You will review maintenance procedures, interpret data, and support experimental setups with Engineering and Reliability groups.

Ideal candidates have a technical mechanical background, strong HSE focus, and excellent Norwegian and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Role requires hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting of wireline equipment.
• Proven experience with mechanical maintenance in industrial settings.
• Strong communication and ability to work across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, tests, assembles and disassembles wireline equipment and field units.
• Reviews procedures for maintenance and inspections.
• Maintains wireline equipment and related gear.
• Analyses data from reports and troubleshoots equipment problems.
• Assists in experimental set-ups and records data with Engineering teams.
• Helps develop and enhance maintenance documentation.
