Job summary

Marcura is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Vessel Projects to own the dry docking and inspections product area and evolve it into a more connected, data-driven workflow across the Marcura ecosystem.

You will work with engineering, design, operations, and customer-facing teams, as well as external partners, to shape product direction, define priorities, and drive delivery across the full lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of maritime operations and vessel projects.
• Experience owning a complex B2B product from strategy through delivery.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into product outcomes.
• Proven track record with APIs, data models, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for dry docking, inspections, and vessel technical project workflows.
• Translate customer, operational, and business needs into clear product outcomes and delivery priorities.
• Improve how technical project data is captured, structured, reused, and surfaced across the Marcura ecosystem.
• Identify automation opportunities across intake, planning, approvals, documentation, reporting, and outputs.
• Expand integrations with partner systems to reduce manual work and improve data quality.
• Define success metrics, track adoption, and use insights to continuously improve the product.
