Job summary

DOF Subsea Norway is seeking a Senior Analysis Engineer to strengthen our analysis team. You will develop models for engineering problems, performing dynamic and static analyses for subsea operations from our vessels to ensure safe, cost-effective installation solutions. The role emphasizes meeting customer requirements and regulatory standards.

Occasional offshore travel may be required as project needs evolve. Office locations include Bergen or Haugesund, with Oslo as an option.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marine/mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal.
• 5+ years with Orcaflex and offshore operations.
• Flexlay experience; SIMOPRO is a plus.
• Knowledge of vessel motion analysis and RAO development.

Responsibilities

• Perform dynamic and static analyses in Orcaflex for subsea operations.
• Develop models and evaluate designs to meet client needs and regulatory standards.
• Lead analysis work scopes and share knowledge with the team.
• Occasional offshore travel for hands‑on experience.
• Ensure timely completion and high quality output.
