Job summary

DOF Subsea Norway is seeking several seasoned Lead Project Engineers to strengthen our SURF and Construction team. The role covers planning and execution of marine operations in the Atlantic Region and interfaces with clients to deliver safe, high‑quality results.

You will lead and contribute within project teams, mentor engineers, and drive compliance with HSEQ standards while expanding your expertise across IMR, Decommissioning, and Mooring services.

Qualifications

• Higher technical education (bachelor's or master's degree).
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in marine operations; offshore installation or subsea preferred.
• Experience in SURF and Construction engineering and development for marine/subsea operations.
• Ability to lead project teams and work independently in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex subsea projects from planning to offshore execution.
• Own technical packages and interface with clients with innovation and precision.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary onshore and offshore teams to meet targets.
• Drive compliance with DOF's standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare task plans, procedures, and other engineering deliverables.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to safer project execution.
