Job summary

SLB Capturi, a leader in carbon capture technology, invites applications for a Senior Subcontracting Manager – Compressor and Liquefaction Packages. You will lead procurement strategy, tendering, and post‑award execution for complex compressor and liquefaction packages across international projects.

You will collaborate with process, mechanical, electrical and legal teams, manage supplier risk, and steer commercial negotiations to secure robust terms and schedule alignment in a fast‑moving EPC

Qualifications

• Senior procurement or contract management background in complex EPC or CCUS, LNG, oil and gas environments.
• 5+ years managing high‑value, technically complex procurement packages.
• Experience with compressor, liquefaction, rotating equipment or process-skids.
• Strong interface between engineering and procurement, data requirements and change control.
• Proven ability to lead commercial negotiations and manage contractual risk.
• Relevant degree plus strong English in international projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the procurement and subcontracting strategy for compressor, liquefaction and related package scopes.
• Drive market engagement, supplier prequalification and competitive tendering with OEMs and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, controls, quality and project teams to define interfaces and baselines.
• Lead tender process, inquiries, meetings, bid evaluation and award preparation.
• Manage commercial impact of design changes during tendering and EPC execution; document scope movements and variations.
• Provide post‑award follow‑up on supplier deliverables, expediting, inspections, payments and claims.
• Build long‑term supplier relationships and market intelligence for future sourcing.
