Job summary

Statkraft is seeking a highly accomplished finance leader to head Performance Management at group level. You will lead group‑wide planning, forecasting, capital allocation and investment decision support, while partnering with Business Areas and corporate functions to drive value creation.

With a strong mix of strategic insight, analytical rigour and commercial judgment, you will shape the organisation’s performance framework and empower data‑driven decision making across a globally diversified

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Significant senior leadership experience in performance management, finance, or investment analysis.
• Strong ability to lead across large, international organisations and to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead group‑wide planning, forecasting and target‑setting processes.
• Own performance management and follow‑up across the Group.
• Deliver forward‑looking analysis of value creation, performance and long‑term capacity.
• Advise Corporate Management on performance, trade‑offs and resource allocation.
• Lead scenario analysis and long‑range planning under uncertainty.
