Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience.
• Solid React and TypeScript expertise.
• Experience building production-grade applications and APIs.
• Strong understanding of databases, authentication, and scalable architecture.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and solve complex problems.
• Previous experience within a start-up, scale-up, or product-focused environment.
• Not acceptable: consultancy-only career path.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable backend services and APIs using Python and modern frameworks.

They're looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join a high-performing product team and help shape the future of an ambitious, rapidly evolving platform.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing and building scalable backend services and APIs using Python and modern frameworks.
• Developing user-facing applications with React and TypeScript.
• Working on AI-powered functionality, workflow automation, and external integrations.
• Contributing to cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, monitoring, and production systems.
• Owning features end-to-end, from architecture and design through to deployment and optimisation.
• Collaborating closely with product, design, and leadership teams to influence technical and product decisions.
