Eurobase People is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer in Oslo, hybrid role, joining a tech-driven team building an AI-powered workspace platform. You will tackle scalable backend services with Python, and frontend with React and TypeScript, shaping the product with close collaboration.

The role emphasizes ownership from architecture to deployment, working cross-functionally with product, design, and leadership.

Qualifications

5+ years of commercial software engineering experience.
Solid React and TypeScript expertise.
Experience building production-grade applications and APIs.
Strong understanding of databases, authentication, and scalable architecture.
A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and solve complex problems.
Previous experience within a start-up, scale-up, or product-focused environment.
Not acceptable: consultancy-only career path.

Responsibilities

Design scalable backend services and APIs using Python and modern frameworks.
Develop user-facing applications with React and TypeScript.
Work on AI-powered functionality, workflow automation, and external integrations.
Contribute to cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, monitoring, and production systems.
Own features end-to-end, from architecture and design through to deployment and optimisation.
Collaborate with product, design, and leadership teams to influence technical and product decisions.
