Educatius Group in Oslo is seeking a Senior Sales Coordinator with team lead responsibility to join our Norway office. You will lead day-to-day B2C sales, mentoring the team and driving key activities with marketing to reach our sales goals.
You will coordinate sales processes, follow up leads, support students and families, and ensure a smooth customer journey from inquiry to program enrollment, while collaborating with Marketing and Customer Success.

STS and Educatius Norway are currently looking for a structured, engaged, and service-oriented Senior Sales Coordinator with team lead responsibility to join our team at our office in Oslo.
Educatius and STS are leading players in exchange programs and international education. Every year, we send students to destinations worldwide and work to create safe, inspiring, and developmental experiences – with a focus on quality and personalized support.
In this position you will play a key role bringing students onto our High School Exchange program and lead the team in the Swedish market. This role requires hands‑on involvement in day‑to‑day sales B2C, sales and customer service activities and team support.
You will be responsible for coordinating sales processes, following up leads, and contributing to the achievement of the company’s sales goals by mentoring your team, set and execute sales activities with the team and marketing. In addition, you will be working closely with our customer success team, to prepare students and families for the exchange year and ensuring a smooth and positive customer journey from start to finish. This makes the role dynamic, engaging and full of opportunities to learn and grow the Norweigan market.
You will report to the Head of sales Norway and work closely with the Marketing department and Customer Success Manager.
Handling customer inquires via email and phone through our CRM system.
Planning and executing fairs, school visits, sales event and webinars.
Follow up with students and guardians who have confirmed their participation in the program.
Represent the organization and present the company’s program portfolio tailored to prospective students and families.
Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients and school counselors.
Maintain strong communication and relationships with receiving partner organizations abroad to ensure the best possible experience for our students.
University degree (preferably in sales, marketing or business)
Previous experience in sales and telemarketing
Fluency written and verbally in Norwegian and English.
A KPI driven and goal-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to understand individual customer needs and guide them to the right program.
Passion for delivering world-class customer experiences.
Ability to build long-term relationships with students, families and partners.
Knowledge of Danish, Finnish, or Swedish is an advantage but not required.
Previous experience within international education, sales, customer service, or a similar field is beneficial.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
A proactive mindset and ability to find creative solutions to challenges.
