Job description

As our next Sales Coordinator, you’ll work at the heart of our business, where strategy meets execution. You’ll be empowered to take ownership, solve real challenges, and deliver sales results that matter.

Responsibilities

This isn’t a “watch and learn” kind of role. From day one, you’ll be in the mix, taking ownership, speaking to clients, solving real challenges, and helping people make life-changing decisions about their future.

We’re not just building skills here, we’re building business people.

We’ll give you the tools but you bring the drive. And together, we create impact quickly.

Within 2–4 years, we expect you to be ready for your next big step whether that’s leading your own team or taking your career international within EF.

At EF, you’ll join a bold, global company where ambition is welcome, action is expected, and fun is part of the job. We move fast, we aim high, and we back people who want to make things happen.

What you will enjoy:

  • A fast-moving international environment where your work directly drives sales and growth
  • Personal training, hands‑on coaching, and mentorship from experienced leaders who actually care about your development
  • Clear career growth opportunities within 2–4 years in Norway or abroad

  • A centrally located office in the heart of Oslo
