Spond is seeking a Data & Insight professional to help turn data into actionable decisions. You will work with data engineers, analysts, product teams and business units to deliver analytics that empower teams across the company.

Our stack includes Databricks and dbt, with Omni dashboards and Mixpanel for product usage data. The role sits in a cross-functional Data & Insight team, embracing curiosity, ownership and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a data analyst or in a similar role.
• Ability to turn vague questions into actionable insights.
• Write advanced SQL and work with modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake) and dbt.

Responsabilités

• Build reports, dashboards, self-service tools and data exports used daily by teams.
• Define metrics and indicators for internal and external use.
• Grow data literacy through training and capabilities for self-service analytics.
• Set standards for how data products are built and improve developer experience with AI.
• Support product teams to own their data within their domains.
• Improve the analytics platform and tooling, and collaborate with engineers and product teams.
