Job summary

Trident International Associates in London seeks a Fund Controller/Senior Fund Accountant to lead the financial affairs of real estate funds and SPVs, aligning accounting with business partnering across Investment, Asset Management and Finance. You will own fund accounting, reporting, liquidity forecasting and treasury, including capital calls, distributions and lender reporting.

5+ years post‑qualification in real estate fund accounting is required; IFRS/UK GAAP knowledge and advanced Excel are

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 5+ years post-qualification experience in real estate fund accounting.
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting expertise.
• Experience with real estate investment structures and fund/partnership accounting.
• Knowledge of IFRS/UK GAAP and relevant tax considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own fund accounting, reporting, liquidity forecasting and treasury; capital calls and distributions.
• Oversee fund and asset-level reporting, audits and governance.
• Lender covenant monitoring and investor, lender and board reporting.
• Business partnering with Investment and Asset Management teams and leading junior staff.
