SF Executive is recruiting a Finance Director for a key division in London. This broad role combines commercial leadership with operational finance, reporting to the senior leadership team and partnering across the organisation.
You will own budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and working capital, and lead a finance team in a fast-paced, international environment with a strong focus on growth and strategic initiatives.

SF Executive are working exclusively with a successful, international business to appoint a Finance Director for a key division of the Group.
This is a broad Finance Director role combining strong commercial and operational finance leadership with the opportunity to help shape the next stage of growth. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will take ownership of the financial performance of the division, providing greater insight, challenge and visibility across the business.
The role will have responsibility for the day-to-day finance function, but we are looking for somebody who can operate well beyond the numbers. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to improve decision making, drive performance and ensure Finance is a genuine business partner across the organisation.

We are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA or equivalent) who has operated at Finance Director level, or an experienced senior finance leader ready to take on a substantial divisional FD role.
You will ideally have experience within a complex, fast-paced and commercially focused organisation. Exposure to an international or matrix environment, private equity and/or a business going through a period of growth and change would all be particularly relevant.
This role will suit somebody who is equally comfortable getting into the detail as they are operating at leadership level. You will need to be commercially strong, credible with senior stakeholders and capable of bringing structure, pace and greater financial insight to a growing business.
The position is based in London and will require a minimum of three days per week in the office.
