Job summary

Eplug, based in Stavanger, Norway, seeks an experienced mechanical engineer to lead development of new technologies alongside our R&D team. You will design products addressing customer needs and drive testing, re-design, and refinement across existing offerings.

Qualifications

• Higher degree in mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Proficiency in CAD software and advanced mathematics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience from offshore or related industry is advantageous.
• Ability to live in Norway or hold a valid work permit.

Experience and Qualifications

• Higher degree in mechanical engineering

• Experience working with elastomers is an advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Offshore experience or hands-on experience from the industry is an advantage
• Must live in Norway or have a valid work permit for Norway
• Ability to understand and comply with E Plug's QHSE policies and procedures
