Job summary

Baker Hughes in Norway seeks a Project Manager to lead complex multidisciplinary projects across engineering, procurement, and service teams. You will own scope, schedule, budget, risk, and safety outcomes, delivering on time and within budget while ensuring client satisfaction.

You will collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders, drive execution excellence, implement project controls, and mentor teams in a fast-paced environment across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, execution best practices and governance.
• Experience managing project financials including budgeting, forecasting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through full lifecycle from planning to closeout.
• Accountable for scope, schedule, cost, quality, HSE, and commercial performance.
• Develop and maintain Project Execution Plans and readiness activities.
• Manage schedules, milestones and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor budgets, revenue, margins, cash flow and forecasting.
• Coordinate execution across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and service delivery.
• Serve as primary customer interface for reviews, meetings and communications.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation and continuous improvement.
