Baker Hughes Norge AS is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex, multidisciplinary projects in Norway. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery while coordinating with engineering, procurement, and commercial teams to meet objectives.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, stakeholder management, and adherence to safety, quality, and financial targets in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Degree in engineering, PM, business or related field.
Proven experience leading complex, multidisciplinary projects.
Strong knowledge of PM principles and methodologies.
Experience managing project financials and budgets.
Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6 and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Lead projects through full lifecycle, including planning, execution, delivery, and closeout.
Take accountability for scope, schedule, cost, quality, HSE, and financials.
Develop and maintain Project Execution Plans, schedules, risk registers, and readiness activities.
Manage schedules, milestones, critical paths, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
Monitor and control project financial performance: budgets, costs, revenue, margins, cash flow.
Coordinate execution across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, HSE, planning, and finance.
Serve as primary customer interface; lead reviews, meetings, and stakeholder communications.
Identify risks and opportunities; drive mitigation, lessons learned, and project success.
