IKM in Stavanger seeks a Project Cost Controller to oversee cost reporting, accruals, forecasts, and WBS maintenance for large-scale projects. You will analyze variances, manage cost baselines, and support contingency planning while aligning with schedules and manpower plans.

The role requires strong analytical and numerical skills, excellent communication, and experience with SAP, EcoSys, Power BI, and Pims. Willingness to work full-time onsite in Stavanger is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee internal and external project cost status reporting to ensure accurate and consistent tracking.
• Manage accruals, forecasts, cash flow inputs, invoice handling, and the preparation of requisitions.
• Deliver comprehensive variance explanations and analyze cost changes versus sanctioned budgets.
• Develop, maintain, and update the project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Handle project changes with cost impact and contribute to baseline updates.
• Develop and manage contingency drawdown plans.
• Follow up on Manpower Projection Plans and man-hour cost estimates.
• Correlate cost data with schedules, manpower, and productivity to identify inconsistencies and propose mitigating actions.
