Kahoot! is seeking a Senior Program Manager to shape Kahoot! 360 and drive growth from our Oslo HQ. You will bridge strategy, product, and commercial execution to turn market insights into impactful initiatives.

You will partner with the Chief Solutions Officer and an Oslo-based Product team to advance strategy, roadmaps, and revenue initiatives while expanding ownership of Kahoot! 360 over time.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy, analytics, or management consulting with SaaS knowledge.
• Experience working closely with Product teams to translate insights into priorities.
• Strong presentation and communications skills for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Represent Kahoot! 360 at events, webinars, and industry forums.
• Shape Kahoot! 360's narrative on corporate learning and engagement.
• Collaborate with leadership to define product roadmaps and priorities.
• Translate market needs into commercial product initiatives.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
