Job summary

Dell Technologies Inc. seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale AI infrastructure and Data Center transformation programs for strategic customers globally. You will optimize design, accelerate deployments and drive business value through multi-site initiatives.

In this role, you will govern programs, manage interdependencies, and communicate with C-suite stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Expect extensive global travel and leadership of the Program Office for top accounts.

Qualifications

• Program Management certifications (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, MSP or equivalent).
• Proven track record delivering complex Data Center infrastructure programs across multiple customers/sites/geographies/workstreams.
• Hands-on Data Center infrastructure knowledge: power & cooling, racks, cabling, compute/storage/networking.
• Experience with enterprise/colocation/hyperscale/AI-focused Data Centers.
• Strong understanding of AI infrastructure deployment and modernization initiatives.
• Experience presenting complex updates to C-Suite and senior executives.

What You'll Achieve

As a Senior Program Manager within AI Infrastructure Services, you will lead the delivery of large-scale AI and Data Center transformation programs for some of Dell Technologies' most strategic customers globally. You will help customers optimize Data Center design, accelerate AI infrastructure deployments and realize business value through complex multi-site implementation programs.

Working across Dell Technologies' products, services and partner ecosystem, you will be accountable for the successful delivery of our most complex programs. You will define program governance, establish delivery frameworks, manage interdependencies across multiple workstreams and ensure alignment to customer objectives and business outcomes.

You will provide leadership and oversight throughout the program lifecycle, driving effective decision-making, managing risks and ensuring stakeholder alignment. The successful candidate will be comfortable engaging with executive leadership and C-Suite stakeholders, using a data-driven approach to provide transparency, influence outcomes and drive successful program delivery.

This role will lead and manage the Program Office on behalf of Dell Technologies for some of our largest global customers.

You Will

• Establish and lead program governance and delivery assurance practices to ensure high-quality project execution and customer outcomes.
• Manage large, complex portfolios of projects and programs, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and in line with customer expectations.
• Develop and manage RAID logs, change control processes, escalation management and executive reporting.
• Act as the primary point of contact for executive and management communications across assigned programs.
• Lead cross-functional, globally distributed teams spanning Dell Technologies, customer organizations and third-party partners.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Drive alignment across technical, operational and business teams to ensure successful implementation and realization of business value.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and leadership to project and program teams.

Essential Requirements

• Extensive experience leading large-scale programs and complex project delivery organizations with Program Management certifications (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, MSP or equivalent).
• Proven track record delivering complex Data Center infrastructure and IT services programs across multiple customers, sites, geographies and workstreams.
• Extensive hands-on Data Center infrastructure experience, including knowledge of:
  • Power and cooling systems
  • Racks and physical infrastructure
  • Cabling and connectivity
  • Compute, storage and networking environments
  • Data Center operational readiness and deployment activities
• Proven experience supporting the design, build, deployment, commissioning or expansion of enterprise, colocation, hyperscale or AI-focused Data Centers.
• Strong understanding of AI infrastructure deployment and Data Center modernization initiatives.
• Demonstrated success operating within complex matrix organizations and leading globally distributed teams.
• Extensive experience presenting complex technical, operational and program delivery updates to C-Suite and senior executive stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage delivery risks, stakeholder expectations and business outcomes.
• Self-motivated, hands-on and capable of operating effectively under pressure while managing competing priorities.
• Exceptional communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills across technical, operational and executive audiences.
• Proven ability to operate independently while leading high-performing, cross-functional teams.
• Experience working within global organizations and multinational customer environments.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across EMEA during customer deployment and commissioning phases. The successful candidate should be comfortable spending extended periods on customer sites supporting Data Center implementation, operational readiness and infrastructure build activities.

Language Requirements

• Proficiency in English and at least one additional European language (Norwegian, Swedish or Danish) is an advantage.
