Job summary

Aidn seeks a Product Manager for Aidn Analytics in Norway. You will own the product direction, work with design and tech leads, and drive data-driven decision making. You’ll collaborate with municipal users, align roadmaps with municipal needs, and shape the data platform’s evolution.

You will build data products end-to-end, lead a cross-functional team, and apply AI to improve analytics while guiding governance and adoption across municipalities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a data analytics role or similar.
• Experience as a Product Manager or equivalent product leadership.
• Experience owning a data platform or internal data product, driving governance and self-service.
• Strong business understanding and the ability to connect data to customer and company value.
• Hands-on customer and user discovery experience to uncover underlying needs.
• Experience with non-technical users and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Practical experience using AI in analytics.
• Ability to lead in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and influence across teams.
• Hands-on in data (SQL, modern data tooling) when needed.
• Fluent Norwegian (C1) for collaboration and testing with municipal users, and professional English for internal collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Set the product direction and roadmap for Aidn Analytics, aligned with municipal needs.
• Define operating model, governance, and enable data product ownership across domain teams.
• Own prioritisation across the data platform and analytics capabilities.
• Lead data-driven decision making with clear success metrics.
• Build and learn with AI to accelerate delivery without compromising quality.
• Understand municipal needs and build trusted relationships to ensure adoption of data products.
• Communicate direction and progress with leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead the cross-functional D&A team day-to-day and manage trade-offs between build and buy.
