Qualifications

• Higher education in industrial economics, business analytics, data science or other relevant studies.
• Solid experience in technology, tech advisory, system development, management consulting or similar domains.
• Strong understanding of data, analytics, AI and how technology creates business value.
• Business-oriented approach with ability to contribute to sales activities.
• Stellar communication skills with ability to speak with C-level and build trust across various stakeholders.
• Collaborative and communicative working style with ability to navigate ambiguity in customer projects.
• Proactive and motivated by translating ideas into practical solutions that create business value.

Responsibilities

• Map business processes, requirements, and challenges with customers.
• Translate business needs into requirements, solution designs, and prioritized development initiatives.
• Lead data, analytics, and AI engagements from ideas to production, including the implementation and scaling of AI solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, and decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with data engineers, developers, architects, and AI specialists to deliver effective solutions and develop new methods, templates, and accelerators.
• Evaluate technology and business alternatives, including build, buy, or partner strategies.
• Act as the customer's primary point of contact throughout engagements and contribute to sales activities, proposal development, and identifying new opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
