Job summary

CatalystOne Solutions, Oslo, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and outcomes for a key product area of our growing HCM platform. You will align with Design, Engineering and Marketing to define success metrics and drive adoption.

With five+ years in product management, you bring strong user research, execution discipline and a track record in B2B SaaS. This hybrid role may involve Nordic travel and a focus on AI-enabled product development.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in product management, preferably B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience owning a substantial product area or complex initiatives.
• Strong market and user research skills with ability to translate insights into requirements.
• Solid delivery skills: roadmap planning, sprint planning, team execution.
• Commercial understanding including pricing and adoption metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions with imperfect information.
• Curiosity about technology and AI in products.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and direction for your product area, aligned with company goals.
• Develop deep understanding of customers, users, market, competitors and trends.
• Identify and prioritise key customer problems and business opportunities with clear outcomes.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to validate needs and metrics.
• Lead the product trio with Design and Engineering to ensure problem understanding and outcomes.
• Drive progress from discovery to launch, adoption and iteration.
