Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading complex projects or programs.
- Experience with project portfolio management and governance.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to change management and digital initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional shipping initiatives from ideation to value realization.
- Prioritize the project portfolio with senior stakeholders and ensure transparency in reporting.
- Act as interface between Shipping and Digital to align business needs with technology opportunities.
- Develop and mentor a small team of Project Leaders and promote strong PMO practices.
- Support change management and drive sustainable business value across initiatives.
