Wallenius Wilhelmsen is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to strengthen the global Communication & Marketing team in Lysaker, Norway. The role focuses on internal communication, employee engagement and leadership messaging while supporting broader communications across a global organization.

You will translate complex business priorities into clear, engaging communications, collaborating with senior leaders and stakeholders across regions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of solid and relevant experience in communications.
• Strong expertise in internal communications, employee engagement and leadership communications.
• University/college degree in Communications, Marketing or related field.
• Ability to translate complex priorities into clear, engaging communications for diverse audiences.
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders and stakeholders across a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver internal communications for strategic initiatives and organizational changes.
• Advise senior leaders on communication strategies and key messages across regions and functions.
• Translate complex priorities into clear messages and compelling stories for employees.
• Create engaging content for internal channels and tailor to different audiences.
• Own communication projects from planning through delivery in a dynamic environment.
• Lead internal communication campaigns to build awareness and engagement.
• Develop intranet, Viva Engage, town halls, newsletters and leadership communications.
• Measure effectiveness through listening, engagement initiatives and insights.
• Support broader Communication & Marketing goals across the organization.
