Job summary

Signum is strengthening its Oslo Strategy & Transformation practice and is looking for a Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant to join the team. You will work with pharmaceutical and biotech clients on market insights, commercial strategy and operating models across Norway and the Nordics.

You will scope and lead advisory projects, manage client dialogue and shape our Norway offering. Fluency in Norwegian and a base in Oslo are expected; for Principal level five or more years of relevant

We are strengthening our Oslo team and are looking for a Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant to join our Strategy & Transformation practice.

Our Oslo team is growing, creating an opportunity for broad responsibility, early client exposure and real influence on how our Norwegian consulting business develops.

The opportunity

You will work with pharmaceutical and biotech clients in Norway and across the Nordics on topics such as:

• Market, portfolio and commercial strategy
• Launch strategy and launch excellence
• Market and stakeholder insights
• Patient and customer journeys
• Operating models and organisational transformation
• Nordic market entry and expansion

You will scope and lead projects, manage client dialogue and translate complex challenges into clear recommendations and executable plans.

At Principal level, you will also take greater responsibility for senior client relationships, business development and shaping our Strategy & Transformation offering in Norway.

We are looking for

• Consulting, strategy or commercial experience within life science
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of the Norwegian pharma and healthcare environment
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders
• Fluency in Norwegian and a base in Oslo

For Principal level, we expect approximately five or more years of relevant experience and a strong Norwegian network.
