Job summary

SLB Norge AS is seeking a Senior Online Flow Assurance Engineer to lead the technical execution, testing and deployment of OLGA-based flow assurance solutions for PMS and OTS projects. You will develop real-time models, online advisors and workflows, and ensure seamless integration with client control systems.

The role requires a strong background in multiphase flow modelling, P&ID interpretation, and collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in petroleum technology/engineering or process engineering.
• 10+ years delivering commercial engineering projects to external clients.
• Experience modelling with OLGA or another dynamic process/pipeline simulator.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Ability to interpret P&IDs, instrument data sheets, and well schematics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OLGA-based flow modelling and online workflows.
• Integrate OLGA models with client control systems and dashboards.
• Test, deploy and enable customers for online flow assurance solutions.
• Collaborate with global project teams to meet specifications and schedules.
• Prepare engineering documentation and conduct technical reviews.
